Yoga is for everybody and for every body. Yoga can be a method of physical exercise, a way to reduce and manage stress, a means of healing an illness or injury, or a path to spiritual fulfillment and peace.

Regardless of who you are and what are able to do physically there will be a style suitable for your body and your needs. For one it is conscious breath in combination with dynamic movement and body postures. For the other it is supporting the body with the help of yoga props to come into a state of comfort and deep rest.

Each style has it’s own unique way and method, but they all support the body to balance and the mind to quite down. Through this a space is created in which you come to see your true Self which is already perfect and whole.

You can find the various styles of yoga that I teach when you scroll down this page.

Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras 1.2 & 1.3

तदा द्रष्टुः स्वरूपेऽवस्थानम्॥

tadā draṣṭuḥ svarūpe-‘vasthānam

Yoga is the mastery of the fluctuations of the mind
Then the seer rests in its true nature

I offer four styles of yoga: Astanga Vinyasa, Restorative, Yin, and Yoga basics.

For more information about these different styles, please check out the style descriptions below. I offers yoga for different levels of experience, from absolute beginners to advanced and for those who seek a dynamic style or very meditative.

Astanga Vinyasa Yoga

This Yoga method consists of synchronising the breath with dynamic movement linking one posture to the next. In this process creating inner body heat, which purifies and detoxes muscles and organs.

Restorative Yoga

With the help op yoga props such as blocks, bolsters and blankets the body in completely supported to create an environment in which the body can not only relax but effortlessly rest.

Yin Yoga (& Self Inquiry)

Yin Yoga is a deep and meditative practice that enhances your awareness, allows you to feel more subtle energies and sensations and it teaches you to relax profoundly. I often combine this with the practice of Self inquiry.

Yoga Basics

The basics and fundamentals of yoga poses are introduced. You learn the process of safe alignment in the poses, breathing techniques and the use of props to support you in your practice.
